Admiral Yeager’s letter is self-explanatory and you will note a careful and thorough review was made of all the facts in this particular case. I sincerely regret my inability to submit a more encouraging reply, but I am sure you understand that I have no choice but to abide by the decision rendered by the Department of the Navy in cases of this nature.” In fine condition, with a crease to lower left corner and a staple hole to top left.
