Special assistant and close friend to John F. Kennedy (1912–1998), he was responsible for recording the ‘Powers film’ that captured the last moments before the president’s assassination. Six photos, varying in finish and size, ranging from 2.5 x 3.25 to 8.5 x 10.5, one in color, featuring various images of John F. Kennedy, Jacqueline Kennedy, and Dave Powers, each signed and inscribed to Corinne Picard by Powers in black ink and felt tip. In fine condition, with heavy contrast to one of the signatures. Accompanied by two additional images of the president and Jacqueline Kennedy.
