Kennedy” on January 11, 1964; a set of five black-bordered appreciation cards from Jacqueline Kennedy, Joseph and Rose Kennedy, Eunice and Sargent Shriver, Ted and Joan Kennedy, and Stephen E. Smith and Jean Ann Kennedy; a booklet entitled “In Memoriam: John Fitzgerald Kennedy,” published by the Evening Star Newspaper Company; a program for a memorial service held in honor of John F. Kennedy at Utah State University on January 7, 1964; a booklet commemorating a BBC special entitled ‘A Tribute to John Fitzgerald Kennedy,’ which originally aired on the program ‘That Was the Week that Was’; a booklet containing an article by Kennedy entitled ‘Every Citizen Holds Office,’ published by the Citizenship Committee, National Education Association in January 1964; an engraved metal plaque depicting the 5-cent US postage stamp released in Kennedy's honor, affixed to a wooden 7 x 6 mount; and a satin-finish photo of Kennedy with a facsimile signature.
