Executive in the U.S. automobile industry (1925–2005), and founder of the DeLorean Motor Company, best remembered for the DeLorean DMC-12 sports car, which was featured in Back to the Future. DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, June 8, 1978. Summary of Composite Technology Corporation’s annual shareholder meeting. In part: “Upon motion duly made and adopted the following person was unanimously nominated and elected director of the corporation: John Z. DeLorean.” In fine condition, with punch holes to the left side and a stamp to the lower right.
