Single page “Waiver of Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders of Composite Technology Corporation” document dated 26 April 1976 and signed in ink “John DeLorean” at conclusion. The founder of the DeLorean Motor Company, DeLorean was also well known for his high profile 1982 arrest on charges of drug trafficking, which preceded the demise of his automobile manufacturing company. He later successfully defended these charges, showing that his involvement was a result of entrapment by federal agents. Document measures 8.5” x 11”. Two punch holes to left edge and office stamp to bottom edge. Fine condition.
