Limited edition Louisville Slugger Joe DiMaggio model baseball bat, #17/56, signed on the barrel in blue felt tip, “Joe DiMaggio, Yankee Clipper”; and an official Rawlings American League baseball, signed in blue ballpoint on the sweet spot, “Joe DiMaggio #5.” Both items come with their original 42 x 34 shadowbox and frame, with a photo of DiMaggio, several plaques, and a certificate of authenticity from DiMaggio’s long time friend and attorney Morris Engelberg from Yankee Clipper Enterprises. In fine condition. A fitting tribute to one of baseball’s most impressive records, DiMaggio’s 56-game hitting streak…a feat which many say will never be broken.
