In part: “Notwithstanding anything contained in the Three-Picture Employment Agreement, we hereby consent to your entering into a One-Picture Employment Agreement with Interwood Productions, Inc. complying with the following minimum requirements.” The contract goes on to detail four specific points. Light creasing, a few spots of toning, and a staple and staple holes at the upper left corner, otherwise fine condition.
