Aluminum Apollo 15 Lunar Module Falcon replica plaque identical to the one left on the Moon by the crew of Apollo 15, deriving from the personal collection of moonwalker Jim Irwin. The plaque measures 9 x 7.5 and features facsimile signatures of all three crew members—Dave Scott, Al Worden, and Jim Irwin. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from High Flight, signed by Irwin's widow Mary, in full: "This aluminum Apollo 15 LM Plaque is identical to the design of the LM landing strut plaque left on the lunar surface after Apollo 15's landing of 30 July 1971. A small group of these plaques were produced for presentation to important dignitaries including Secretary General Thant in 1971. This is the last remaining plaque from my late husband's personal collection Astronaut James Irwin."
