Jenks "Mule ear" percussion Naval issue carbine by N. P. Ames, dated 1845, .52 cal. rifled, brass mounted with all features as standard on this model. The metal surfaces show some chemical coloring with some minorpitting and erosion, but good markings. The stocks show extensive repairs with a slight outline of cartouche, and the stocks are undersized from sanding slightly. There is some replacement of wood and was badly broken at wrist. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
