Journalist, television writer, and Constitutional scholar Jeffrey St. John wrote this “eyewitness account” on the founding of the United States, which features a foreword by former Chief Justice Warren E. Burger (1907-1995). The inside front cover is inscribed in full <I>“For Hon. Justin Stanley with best wishes / Warren E. Burger”</B></I>.
