Original hand-inked comic strip by Jeff Koterba of the Omaha World-Herald, 15 x 11, showing a father and son looking up at the moon and pondering the possibilities of spaceflight. In the first panel, headed "Early 1960s," the son asks, "Dad do you think we'll ever get to the Moon?," and the father replies: "President Kennedy said we would. I believe it will happen!" In the second panel, headed "Late 1990s," the son asks, "Dad, do you think we'll ever get to the moon again?," and the father replies, "I wish I knew…" Signed in the second panel by Koterba and dated 1999. In fine condition.
