Incorporated in Idaho. 10”x 8.50." Cert# 33 issued to David Smith on January 9, 1912 for 500 shares. Signed by Secretary J.M. Maurel and President E. B. Williams. Some wear, folds and smudge marks. Also purple stamp mark on the top half of the stock. Post office was established in 1910 and was the most isolated mining town in Nevada [Ref: Carlson, Nevada Place Names, 1974, p. 144].
