25 3/8" blade with a bo-bi/ maru-dome pattern fuller on each side and evidence of a straight hamon. The nakago is signed on the left side with a 8-figure signature. Fittings included a silver finished brass habaki, two silver seppa, 4-lobed iron tsuba and a brass fuchi. Black cord wrapped rayskin grip, with fish-themed menukia dna lanyard ring added to the rear. Saya is brown lacquer finished hardwood, to which a brown leather wrap and a metal hanging ring have been added.

Condition: Very good, with signs of polishing on the blade, along with a few small nicks and scattered spotting. The hamon is faint but visible. Traces of silver remain on the habaki, with light wear on the tsuba. Tsuka is fine, with cracking of the skin and mild wear. Sheath is fine, with some tears and scuffs of the leather, and some chipping of the wood.
