In part: “Your letter was delayed in reaching me due to having been forwarded to another Colonel James Stewart, stationed in Germany…I want to thank you for your very kind remarks on ‘The Greatest Show On Earth,’ and ‘It’s A Wonderful Life…Unfortunately I have no pictures in uniform but I am sending you another which I hope you will like.”; and a vintage 5 x 7 Columbia promotional photo, signed and inscribed in blue ink to the letter’s recipient. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. In fine condition, with a paperclip impression to photo.
