Program for a ceremony honoring the Apollo 12 team on November 13, 1969, in Cape Canaveral, 5.5 x 8.5, four pages, signed on the reverse in black ballpoint by one of the event’s special guests, actor James Stewart. Light overall rippling and some scattered toning and soiling, otherwise fine condition. At the time, Stewart was serving as a brigadier general in the United States Air Force. Accompanied by an unsigned photo.
