Very early vintage pearl-finish 8 x 10 double weight MGM publicity photo, credited to Ted Allan, of Stewart sitting outside his home, signed and inscribed in-person in fountain pen “To Saul – Sincerely, Jimmy Stewart.” Reverse of photo bears collector’s stamp date of July 19, 1938, the date the signature was acquired. Promotional caption affixed to reverse states Stewart is “one of Hollywood’s most popular young bachelors,” and appearing in the film Speed. In fine condition, with a small crease to lower right corner. Saul Goodman Collection.
