Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 16 x 10, March 18, 1834. President Monroe grants 80 acres of land in Ohio to Henry Friesner. Signed at the conclusion by Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. Moderate intersecting folds, scattered toning, a couple small fold separations and light wrinkling, otherwise very good condition. The seal is missing.
