Signed at the bottom by Monroe and countersigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. In fair condition, with two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, moderate toning and soiling, damp staining to middle portion of document, scattered creases and wrinkles, and small area of paper loss to bottom edge.
