A Revolutionary War service land grant for 666 2/3 acres along the Scioto River awarded to Lucas Sullivant, assignee of Uriah Springer, late Captain of the Virginia Continental Line. Also signed by Josiah Meigs (1757 - 1822) as Commissioner of the General Land Office and affixed with the office's paper seal. Slight yellowing, original folds.
