The future president writes: "<I>As we are waiting for the Returns of Captured vessels from the Insurance offices of Philadelphia recently sent back to you, I must ask the favor of you to forward them to this Dept - even if it has been found impracticable to add the names of the captains as desired.</B></I>" Light toning, one small split on fold.
