Signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office John McLean. Matted and framed with a portrait bearing a facsimile signature to an overall size of 27.5 x 15. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, scattered small stains, and some damage to seal.
