One page, 10.25” x 15.75”, printed on vellum, New York, March 29, 1810, countersigned by “<I>R Smith</B></I>” (Secretary of State), with seal of the United States intact, vignettes of a lighthouse and harbor scene and a sailing ship, vellum toned at the edges, fold creases, ink slightly faded, else very good.
