Document provides a detailed description of the borders of the tract, signed at the bottom, “James K. Polk.” Partial separations along intersecting folds, one through a single letter of signature, a few areas of paper loss at intersection of folds, mild toning, and some light mirroring of text, otherwise very good condition.
