Amazing vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Bobby Winhel, the grandson of Mat [sic] Hinkel the king of reffers from Jas. J. Jeffries.” Uniform overall toning, moderate soiling, a few small stains, and a tiny tack hole at each corner, otherwise fine condition. Matt Hinkel was a referee and president of the American Boxing Association.
