<B>Circa 1900 James J. Corbett Signed Studio Photograph.</B></I> Spectacular portrait of the man who ended the reign of bare knuckle legend John L. Sullivan aptly explains the nickname of "Gentleman Jim." The sepia image of Corbett in formal attire is inscribed in 9/10 ink "To Robt. Dunn from Your friend Jas. J. Corbett." The 7x9" photo has been chipped at opposing corners, with one just barely encroaching upon the image area. A proper matting and framing job will restore the piece to a NRMT appearance. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.</B></I>
