Along with Maurice Wilkins and Francis Crick, Watson shared the 1962 Nobel Prize in Medicine for discovering the function and structure of DNA, providing enormous impetus for research in the emerging fields of molecular genetics and biochemistry. Booklet of Watson’s Nobel Prize winning presentation entitled “Le Prix Nobel En 1962: The Involvement of RNA in the Synthesis of Proteins,”6.5 x 9.75, signed and inscribed on the front cover, “For Dr. Ben B. Braude from James D. Watson.” In fine condition, with paperclip impression to top edge of cover, and some mild edge toning. An interesting presentation with the most direct relation to Watson and his work that you will see.
