C.</B></I>”. 2.5” x 1.25”, clipped from a letter and mounted on a stiff backing, paper slightly toned, else a fine example. Sold with an illustration removed from an October 1, 1881 edition of <I>Harper’s Weekly</B></I> titled “The Dead-bed of President Garfield” from a sketch by W. A. Rogers. There are fold creases present and a small section of loss affecting the title, with old taped repairs on the verso, else it is in good condition. <I>Ex. Henry E.
