Ekin, Bvt. Brig. Gen.,” issued by the Quartermaster General’s Office, 4.25 x 3, Washington, DC, March 16, 1865. In full: “Pass W. G. Moon & friends to Giesboro’ & Return, until otherwise ordered.” Light overall toning and some light rippling due to adhesive remnants to reverse, otherwise fine condition.
