French violinist (1880–1953) who was part of a trio along with pianist Alfred Cortot and cellist Pablo Casals. Vintage 4.25 x 6.5 full-length cabinet photo of Thibaud playing his violin, signed and inscribed vertically on the image in black ink in French to Richard Copley and dated February 17, 1904. In very good condition, with surface loss to bottom border and edges, as well as adhesive remnants, and some light dampstaining.
