Accompanied by cover with Jacqueline Kennedy's free frank autopen signature. From the collection of Sanford L. Fox, who served as Chief of Protocol and the head of the social office at the White House from 1960-1975. Card measures 5.75'' x 3.5''. Light foxing, else excellent.
