<B>Jack Ruby Signed Check,</B></I> 3" x 8", from the account of the Ervay Theatre and made out to Adrian B Upchurch for $10, Mercantile National Bank, Dallas, Texas, October 13, 1953. Very fine condition. This check dates to a brief period when Jack Ruby managed a movie theater rather than the nightclubs for which he is generally known.
