Ships Passport granting ”t<i>he Ship Siroc of New York, Richard Lambert master...mounted with one gun navigated with thirteen men To Pass with her Company Passengers Goods and Merchandise without any hindrance</i>...” Countersigned by Secretary of State </span><b><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext;text-transform: uppercase'>Henry Clay</span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext'> (1777-1852). Both have boldly signed at conclusion. Two large vignettes at top center margin, scalloped along top edge of the document. Vertical fold touching Adams’ first initial; light general toning; moderate foxing in text and at two margins not affecting legibility; general wrinkling and light creasing; normal folds; nine symmetrical punctures widely spaced at edge not affecting signatures; o/w in Good condition.</span></p>

1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a
