Lot of items from Charles Oliver Arnett, the Dallas police officer who tackled Jack Ruby after he shot Lee Harvey Oswald. Arnett was also present the day of JFK's assassination, deploying officers for crowd control and to search buildings. Lot includes police whistle, three ''City of Dallas'' brass buttons and a black arm band from the Dallas Police Reserve. Also included is a copy of Arnett's Warren Commission statement and an original 8'' x 10'' photo of the Dallas police staff.
