Detailed 35 minute schedule for an event in Venezuela with President John F. Kennedy and President Rómulo Betancourt on 16 December 1961. Entitled “El Frio Scenario” [Cold Scenario], the itinerary describes, to the minute, how the two presidents and their wives will witness the signing of the first loan from the Inter-American Development Bank. Itinerary was used by and belonged to JFK's personal Secret Service agent James Jeffries. Two-page document measures 8.5” x 10.5”. Very good condition.
