(JACK RUBY`S PINSTRIPED SUIT)
(1911 - 1967) Dallas nightclub owner who shot and killed Lee Harvey Oswald following Oswald's assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. A fine and scarce relic, a suit from Jack Ruby's personal wardrobe, worn by him throughout the 1960s! A handsome, black pin-striped, single-breasted suit with matching slim trousers, created for Ruby by Glen Guard tailors, Chicago, IL. It features an attractive jacquard lining, and is in remarkably fine condition, freshly dry-cleaned. Sold with a typed letter of provenance signed by Ruby's brother, EARL RUBY, who states that this suit was owned by Ruby and worn in the tumultuous year of 1963, when Ruby shot Oswald following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. A most personal and unique relic.
