Official certified copy of the affidavit charging Lee Harvey Oswald with the murder of Officer J. D. Tippit, one page both sides, 8.5 x 14, signed in ballpoint by Dallas County Justice of the Peace David L. Johnson and Notary Public Hattie Crane on December 12, 1963, to “certify that the foregoing copy of complaint number F-153, the State of Texas vs Lee Harvey Oswald, is a true and correct copy.” The facsimile affidavit states, in part: “Lee Harvey Oswald, hereinafter styled Defendant, heretofore on or about the 22nd day of November A. D. 1963 in the County of Dallas and State of Texas, did then and there unlawfully voluntarily and with malice aforethought kill J. D. Tippitt by shooting him with a gun.” In fine condition, with overall toning.
