Collection of original 1945 4th Marines soldier's documents regarding Iwo Jima. Includes a 4th Marines Landing Information Sheet measuring 9.25'' x 18.5''. Document lists 17 questions regarding unit logistics and planning in the event of casualties. Upon the verso is a detailed map of Iwo Jima. Also includes Re-embarkation orders dated 13 March 1945, a four-page ''Alphabet Flag Names'' signal sheet for Army-Navy communications, and a 1944 edition of ''The Ships and Aircraft of the U.S. Fleet.'' In very good condition.
