Ithaca grade III 12ga double-barrel shotgun with Damascus steel barrels, double triggers, standard extractors, fancy checkered pistol grip stock, serial number “93275”, manufactured about 1903. The gun remains in very good plus to near fine original condition showing 85-95% original finish on Damascus pattern barrels, some erosion and pinprick pitting starting in one or two areas, mostly on the left rear of the breech and couple small scratches and dings on the left barrel. The frame is nicely engraved with panel of hunting dog on left and right, the frame shows 75-85% case hardening, drifting to patina on the bottom of the frame but still very visible rainbow colors covering most of the action. The select grade checkered walnut stocks are very good plus with crisp checkering, some small scratches, minor light cleaning, but generally at least very good overall. The trigger guard shows approx. 70-80% original blue. The stock is its full length and shows its original hard rubber buttplate with Ithaca logo. The action is tight, the bores are near excellent.
