Ithaca Model 1911-A1 semi-auto pistol, CUT-A-WAY, .45 cal., 5” barrel, parkerized finish, checkered wood grips, No. 12, contained in presentation wood and glass casing commemorating Rheims – May 7, 1945. This gun is in overall like new condition showing little handling with approx. 99% finish remaining, standard Ithaca marking on left side of slide, no United States Property markings visible but FJA inspector marking on left side of frame above magazine release button; cut-a-way features allow for viewing the mechanical operation of the firearm and show the magazine spring, grip safety operation, barrel lands and grooves, etc.; a desirable addition to any serious pistol collector’s inventory and very professionally accomplished.
