Ithaca 3E single-barrel 12ga trap shotgun, two-barrel set, with leg-of-mutton case. Serial #27872. The gun shows 28” barrel, Full choked. English style straight trap stock with high-rise cheek piece and adjustablerubber buttplate added. Barrel #2 is serial numbered to match, probably originally 34”, now shortened to 27-1/2” with adjustable poly-choke added. The gun shows 80-90% original blue drifting on the edge and muzzle with approx. 50-60% case hardening that is dulling and drifting to grey, good sharp engraving showing trap-shooter surrounded by scroll on left, eagle holding arrows and surrounded by scrolls on right. The stocksshow Fleur de Lis checkering, good grain, and generally good condition with just normal use and are at least good overall. The stock measures 13” to the end of the wood, 14-1/2” to the end of the extended pad. There are afew scratches, the metal surfaces generally good. Gun locks tight, bore is good and the bead has been removed from the muzzle (barrel #1). Barrel #2 shows 90% plus blue, bore very good, with a white bead front sight. The
