For your satisfaction: We offer an Appraisal by GLA or CRG laboratory in Los Angeles California on Silver, Gold , Platinum items as well as Loose Gemstones and Fine Watches (A Complete & Detailed Evaluation for a reduced rate of 50% off) ***We do not allow Picking-up of Merchandise due to the security nature of our business and our Fine Art & Jewelers Block Insurance which does not allow an open to the public business structure. In exceptional cases we may approve a pick-up of merchandise after reviewing the shipping companies credentials and review of the official Estimate/Quote on Shippers Letterhead. We have No RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT policies available (under certain very restrictive situations you may request permission from management. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, re-listing, return, merchandise exchange or approve a bidding credit at our discretion. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction did not pay for the item, a fraudulent payment transaction occurred or we may carry multiple types of the same item or the reserve was not met, or there was an technical error. Please thoroughly read any and all accompanied documentation before bidding. Appraisal values are based on Retail Replacement for the Beverly Hills Marketplace where the laboratory is located. These types of evaluations are written for insurance needs. This would be the cost to replace the item with an item of equal quality and kind, considered to be the current market price or the replacement value. This type of appraisal is done to protect you in the event of damage or loss of a valuable item. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size, and grade only, not actual value. Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purposes only, not actual value, as price varies greatly from retail locations through-out the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to re-sell for appraisal price or for profit. We Reserve the Right to Reject or Limit any bid(s). We reserve the right to enforce a decision to refuse any bid, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, to cancel a sale, re-offer and re-sell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final. Lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve.
