(Disneyland, c.1970s-90s) A large prop from the clock facade of Disneyland's "It's a Small World". Every 15 minutes, the children of the world march around the clock as guests admire the grand spectacle. This figure is one of several dancing Russian figures that have taken part in the precession around the clock since the attraction first opened in 1966. The earliest Russian figures had yellow hair, while the more modern version has orange hair and slightly different clothing patterns. This original ride prop is unique in that it was sold by Disneyland as part of the "50 Years of Magical Memories" anniversary event, and features a gold-tone plaque on the base which notes the park's anniversary. The figure measures 40" tall, 28" wide, and 18" deep. The condition is very good with minor wear including a few scratches and small dings.
