Printed General Order No. 12, 4.5 x 6.5, dated June 30, 1857, signed at the conclusion by McDowell as Assistant Adjutant General. Order concerns the movement of a regiment of Dragoons to Utah. Vertical fold, some mild toning, and a rough edge and binding holes to left edge, otherwise fine condition.
