Partly-printed DS, one page, 8.5 x 10.75, MGM letterhead, October 8, 1928. Agreement between Sam Wood and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in connection with the unfinished photo-play 'The Little Angel,' in which Wood assents to recoup $7,000 of the original $17,000 sum paid to him, with the approval of two separate deductions of $3,500. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Wood, and in black ink by Irving Thalberg as the vice president of MGM. In very good to fine condition. An appealing early Hollywood document signed by two prominent filmmakers, in particular Wood, who remains quite rare in autograph form.
