Folio. 183 pages.<BR><BR>Publisher's white cloth with black spine titles. In dust jacket and original pictorial slipcase. Boards soiled, with minor shelf wear. Text lightly soiled at the endpapers. Spine sunned. Minor soiling, abrading, one small closed tear at the top of the front panel, and minimal edge wear to the dust jacket. Spine chipped at the ends, with a 3.5 inch closed tear in the middle of the spine.
