Interesting large percussion half stocked target rifle, .45 cal., 31” heavy octagon barrel marked “D. Bloom, Ganges, Ohio”; birds eye maple stock. This gun is in overall good condition showing a light patina to the barrel with scattered areas of erosion and light surface rust that should clean; fair bore, action needs work, wood stock is beautifully grained and in overall good condition; brass tipped wood cleaning rod present, Swiss type metal butt plate; rear extended adjustable peep sight and later manufacture hooded front sight; lock plate unmarked.
