Interesting Colt Commercial Government Model 1911 semi-auto pistol, .45 cal., 5’ barrel, finely re-blued finish, possibly by the factory, checkered wood grips, lanyard ring two-tone magazine, #C48682; accompanied by ahigh quality leather cavalry officer’s style flap holster. This gun is in overall very good + condition as re-finished with a crisp action, sharp markings, very good bore and very good grips; according to consignor, this gun and holster came from the estate of a general officer; this gun should be factory lettered as it is in the range of early commercial guns that went to the U.S. cavalry circa 1916. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
