Inscribed Naval Officer’s sword and scabbard with dress belt and protective leather boot belonging to Lt. Commander William W. Graham, Jr., skipper of the WW II destroyer U.S.S. Jarvis that was present at Pearl Harborduring the Japanese attack and later fought at Guadacanal and was subsequently sunk with all hands lost. The sword is in fine condition and the sheath in very good condition; the piece is accompanied by aframed and matted picture of the destroyer and a historical write-up. A great piece of U.S. WW II naval history. Est.: $1,500-$3,000.
