An ancient Indo-Greek silver drachma, dating approximately between the 2nd and 1st century BCE. The Indo-Greek Kingdom emerged after the campaigns of Alexander the Great and represents one of the most fascinating cultural intersections in ancient history, blending Greek and Indian artistic and political traditions.

This example is heavily worn, which is common for low-denomination silver coins of this age, but its general shape, metal composition, and size are consistent with authentic Indo-Greek drachmas.
