<B>Indianola, TX- Calhoun County</B></I> 25¢, 50¢ Aug. 3, 1862, June 4, 1862 Medlar 1, 2<BR>Two pieces from this ill-fated locale, once one of the most prosperous and populous communities in Texas, until two devastating hurricanes in the 1880's left the town in shambles and sent the population to the safety of locations further inland. The 25¢ is printed on blue paper and grades <B>Very Fine</B></I> with a couple of tape repairs, the 50¢ is printed on drafts and grades <B>Fine,</B></I> with a few minor repairs as well.<BR><I>From The William A.
